Chef.I've run kitchens. I've done the 11pm and 4am inventories. I've carried the financial weight of a bad week and lived through the operational joy of a great one. When I look at a restaurant, I see a system I've been inside before — not a customer to sell to.
Neighbor.T-ball coach in Roseville. I've sat at your tables, hired your trades, and worked with realtors to buy my home. This isn't a market I'm selling to — it's where I live, where my kids go to school, and where I want my reputation to mean something for a long time.

The biggest companies in the world have entire teams of engineers building AI into every part of their operation. The local restaurant down the street has the owner, a clipboard, and three browser tabs. That's the gap I'm here to close — personally, locally, and without selling a platform.

I'll tell you up front: I'm not the cheapest, and I'm not the fastest. What I am is honest about what AI can and can't do for your business, committed to staying in it with you while it runs, and a phone call away when something breaks.
